Akel Homes Receives Two Market Proof Awards at the Do You Convert Summit in Phoenix, AZ

Akel Homes, a private, semi-custom homebuilder based in South Florida, receives two Market Proof Awards for the ‘Best Website Shopping Tool’ and ‘Best Community Page’ found on their recently upgraded website, AkelHomes.com.
The 2022 Market Proof Awards presented by Do You Convert, is a results-driven award program that recognizes marketing & online sales excellence in the home building industry. The program offers a balanced opportunity for all home builders of any size or market type to compete for the best in marketing and online sales categories. All of the Market Proof Awards judges are impartial industry professionals with in-depth knowledge of new home Online Sales and/or new home Marketing. 100% of all Market Proof Awards proceeds will go to a non-profit charity that currently provides food and educational help for nearly 600 children in remote Guatemalan villages.
The 7th annual Online Sales and Marketing Summit was held in Phoenix, Arizona on September 20th & 21st, 2022, with Lauren Zinn, Director of Marketing, and Alyson Currao, Operations Manager attending. Through outstanding guest speakers, panels, and keynote sessions, attendees had the opportunity to learn from the best and network with others in the industry who understand what we do every day.
Two prestigious awards were presented to Akel Homes at their first DYC Online Sales and Marketing Summit – Best Website Shopping Tool and Best Community Page.
Over the last couple of years, we took the initiative at Akel Homes to cultivate a website that was tailored to providing homebuyers with the best customer experience regardless of what stage they are at in their new home buying journey. In common with other homebuilders, we have implemented interactive site maps, interactive floorplans, video walkthroughs and virtual tours. At Akel Homes, we have built an entire virtual tours page, which is a one-stop location to find all video assets available for each community, which we feel is a solution for homebuyers to view our homes and learn more about our community from the comfort of their own homes. Other tools we have implemented include a mortgage calculator, an options calculator and the newest and most exciting shopping tool that we have brought to life on the Akel Homes website is our Online Design Studio.
Our newest Akel Homes community is Solana Bay located in the beautiful master-planned community of Avenir in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Through the webpage, we can convey the unique approach our marketing team has taken. Through our lifestyle webpage, we have broken down the full range of amenities the community has to offer including pools, fitness, social, nature, and town center. We created a truly immersive experience that conveys a sense of being on location during our lifestyle model shoot, video marketing, aerial footage, and much more to showcase every aspect of this South Florida lifestyle for future homebuyers.
Attending the Do You Convert summit provided us with two full days of gaining valuable knowledge we can implement into Akel Homes. In addition, we networked with other marketers/sales agents in the home building industry. It is truly rewarding to see our teams hard work and dedication pay off by receiving these two market proof awards.
