Realtor Policies Important Guidelines

Akel Homes deeply values the realtor community. Over the past thirty years, Akel Homes has cooperated with realtors. A commission on a sale is paid at the time of the closing. In order to ensure that the commission is earned and paid, it is important to adhere to the following Realtor Policy. This policy is standard for all Akel Homes communities. Please note that Akel Homes does not accept any online registration of prospective purchasers. All registrations must be in person at the corresponding community’s sales center.
