A Celebration to Remember: Oktoberfest at Catalina Palms
October 1, 2026 1 Minute Read
What a way to welcome fall. On Saturday, September 26th, Catalina Palms at Sundance came alive with our Oktoberfest-inspired celebration — and the turnout proved just how much there is to love about this community.
A GATHERING TO REMEMBER
More than 170 guests joined us throughout the afternoon — homeowners, future neighbors, and friends, all discovering a little more of what makes Catalina Palms so special.
MORE THAN A PARTY — A PREVIEW
Afternoons like this one are an opportunity to experience the vibrant, connected lifestyle waiting for you here. And the energy didn’t end when the music did — excitement around the community has continued to build, with more homebuyers and realtors drawn to everything Catalina Palms has to offer.
Much of that momentum is landing on our Quick Move-In Homes. A limited collection is already taking shape, with some ready as soon as December and January — which means less time waiting, and more time to spent enjoying new friends, and everything that makes South Florida’s most talked about 55+ community so unique.
UP NEXT: MEET THE TEAM BEHIND CLUB CATALINA
This October, get ready to meet the team planning life at Club Catalina — classes, clubs, celebrations, and more. It’s a first look at what’s ahead, with an afternoon of good company and live music. Because at Catalina Palms, every gathering is a glimpse into your next chapter.
