Akel Homes Hosts Fourth of July Celebration for Villamar Residents

Akel Homes, a private, boutique, semi-custom homebuilder based in South Florida, hosts a Fourth of July day event for the Villamar Community filled with a pool party, patriotic parade, food, games and prizes!
Villamar at Toscana Isles located in Lake Worth, FL, includes 208 single-family homes and features an amenity-rich clubhouse built in the early construction phase of the community. Amenities features at Villamar range from a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style pool, lounge area, and multipurpose sports court. With home construction soon to be wrapping up in the community, Akel Homes has graciously hosted an array of events for new homeowners to attend.
The event kicked off with a Patriotic Parade where families decorated bicycles, scooters, and strollers and paraded them around the community clubhouse. The celebration continued with a Red, White and Blue pool party where residents of all ages played exciting pool games. The evening concluded with a family game of Independence Day Bingo. The event also featured a Burger Bar, a DJ, People Painters, Sweet Treats, and a Photo Backdrop as well as giveaways of many kinds.
In the past, Akel Homes has hosted a Springtime Egg Hunt, Super Bowl Saturday, Winter Wonderland, Falloween, and monthly food truck community events.
It has been an amazing experience working with Susan Foley our event coordinator, to plan these events. As we continue to welcome more homeowners to Villamar, these events are a great opportunity for residents to connect with their neighbors. By hosting these exciting events for our residents, we express our appreciation for them.
