Villamar at Toscana Isle, a single-family development, captured awards for the following categories: Best Website, Best Direct Mail, Best Long Format Video, and Best Single Family Detached Homes (Three Categories). Villamar at Toscana Isles, located in Lake Worth, garnered awards for Best Single Family Detached Homes under 2,000 sq. ft., from 2,000 to 2,499 sq. ft., as well as from 2,500 to 2,999 sq. ft.
The Isla (Under 2,000 sq. ft.)- Developers faced the challenge of designing expansive areas within the parameters of a restricted lot size. Akel Homes maximized each space by understanding the intent behind the use as well as the regularity of the use of each area within the home. Emphasis was placed in the design of the kitchen, dining area and great room.
The Cabo (2,000 to 2,499 sq. ft.)- Homeowners require vastly different needs and this floorplan catered towards those seeking comfortable living spaces as well as multiple garages. The Sierra (2,500 to 2,999 sq. ft.)- This model entailed designing a grand entryway where the attention is primarily drawn to a beautiful, expansive, gathering space, with additionally providing neighboring rooms such as a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room in locations that are required for accommodating various needs.
