At Akel Homes, we believe strong partnerships deserve to be rewarded. That’s why we’re introducing the Akel All-Star Realtor Rewards Program, a new program created to recognize Florida Real Estate professionals who continue to bring their buyers to Catalina Palms at Sundance in Port St. Lucie.
The idea is simple: the more homes you sell, the more you unlock.
Realtors can earn a 3% co-op commission on every sale, plus increasing cash bonuses, purchaser options credits and additional member benefits as they advance through five tiers, from Rookie to All-Star. At the highest tier, bonuses reach up to $4,000 per sale. And we’re kicking it all off with a special Realtor event at Catalina Palms on Thursday, August 13 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
How the Akel All-Star Realtor Rewards Program Works
Enrollment in Akel All-Stars is free and begins with your first Catalina Palms sale. Tier status is tracked throughout the calendar year, from January 1 through December 31, with each new sale helping you climb closer to All-Star status. As Realtors move through the program, the rewards grow with them:
Rookie | 1–2 Sales
Start your All-Star journey with a 3% co-op commission and member benefits, including access to the All-Star Realtor Portal, All-Star Night invitation, monthly recognition and co-branded marketing.
Rising Star | 3–4 Sales
Unlock a $1,000 bonus per sale, a $500 purchaser options credit and additional benefits, including virtual registration.
Pro | 5–6 Sales
Reach Pro status to unlock a $2,000 bonus per sale, a $500 purchaser options credit and extended reservation benefits.
Captain | 7–8 Sales
Captains can earn a $3,000 bonus per sale, a $1,000 purchaser options credit and access to additional benefits, including the referral network.
All-Star | 9+ Sales
Reach the top tier and earn a $4,000 bonus per sale, a $1,000 purchaser options credit and the full lineup of member benefits, including public recognition, reserved parking, VIP preview events and more.
Benefits stack as Realtors advance, so each new tier includes the benefits from the tiers below it plus additional perks. Bonuses are based on the tier reached at the time of each sale and are not retroactive.
More Than Just a Realtor Bonus Program
Akel All-Stars isn’t just about earning more per sale. The program is designed to give our Realtor partners more tools, access and opportunities to grow alongside Akel Homes.
Members can track their tier status, deals and construction through the Akel All-Star Realtor Portal and access co-branded marketing templates designed to help them connect Catalina Palms opportunities with their clients.
The program also introduces purchaser options credits beginning at the Rising Star tier and recognizes the program’s top-producing member with MVP of the Year recognition.
