Akel Homes hosted a groundbreaking ceremony of their newest neighborhood, Solana Bay, located in one of the most desirable new master-planned communities in Palm Beach County – Avenir. Coming in early 2023, Solana Bay at Avenir will offer 118 one-and two-story new construction homes with stylish interiors and expansive floorplans with up to 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, and up to 4,100 square feet of living space.

The Akel designed community, will build 118 single-family homes, including both single-story and two-story houses. The homes will feature two- and three-car garages, with up to six bedrooms and 6 baths, and will range in size from 2,275 square feet to 4,100 square feet. A variety of architectural styles will be offered at Solana Bay, including Modern, Transitional and Coastal elevations.
