It' November and the clubhouse is coming along nicely. Any day now residents will be enjoying tennis, making laps in the resort-style pool and many other activities that make living the luxury life-style at Villamar a must in every community.

Our state-of-the-art fitness center will feature a variety of machines that will guarantee our residents an all-inclusive, full body workout. Fitness equipment will consist of a Peloton, stair master, spinning bike, two ellipticals, three treadmills, an assortment of strength training machines, and weights including dumbbells, kettlebells, and grip plates. Our cardio machines will include screens for streaming entertainment.
