Are there any commission incentives for realtors?
Yes. At Solana Bay, Akel Homes offers strong incentives, including 5% commission on select Quick Move-In Homes, 4% on other Quick Move-Ins, and 3% plus a $5,000 bonus on To-Be-Built Homes. Commissions are paid at closing and are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Realtor Policy.
What is the Broker Registration process?
Brokers should accompany buyers on their first visit to complete the Broker Registration Form. If the buyer registers the broker during a walk-in visit, the broker has two days to finalize registration in person. Akel Homes only accepts in-person registrations, so online submissions are not permitted.
What is the 90 Day Protection offered to brokers?
Once the Broker Registration Form is completed, the broker receives 90 days of exclusive representation. If a Purchase Agreement is signed and the home closes within this period, the broker earns the commission, paid within three days of closing. If the buyer defaults, no commission is paid.

Realtors can stay informed through Akel Homes’ exclusive realtor events, which offer early access to communities and new releases.
